ABOUT THIS POSITION
This position is responsible for supporting our lead generation micro-campaigns targeted towards Waystar customers and prospects. This position works with lead generation, product, and marketing team members to drive our lead generation programs, processes and systems that foster increased pipeline and revenue growth, and drive brand awareness.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Execute on the micro-campaign strategy targeting Waystar customers and prospects
  • Build programs within Outreach.io to include marketing content and Seismic collateral
  • Provide guidance of appropriate target segments/personas, most effective outreach cadence/tactics/calls to action, and campaign goals and objectives
  • Work with Sales leadership and Marketing to understand and build out messaging and call scripts for Sales/Market Development campaigns that improve engagement and conversion
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs
  • Maintain data integrity between Outreach.io and Salesforce. Includes ensuring alignment between tasks and Sales Rep assignment as well as working to bring campaigns to a close
  • Provide recommendations on new Outreach.io features to increase productivity and campaign effectiveness
  • Create reports as needed, inclusive of target lists, data management, and product mixes
  • Performs other duties and activities as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in sales development, marketing, and/or lead generation
  • 1-2 years of experience with Outreach.io and/or other marketing automation software
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce
Preferred Skills:
  • Must be highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communications skills and be equally effective in both formal and informal settings
  • Requires excellent telephone sales skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is a necessity
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Commercial (Sales) team at Waystar preserves and expands our client base through a solid sales strategy. The department attracts new prospective clients, builds, and maintains current client relationships, improves profitability, and increases brand loyalty. Team members must possess a strong, consultative approach, while being able to effectively communicate the benefits of a cloud-based healthcare payments platform. The Commercial department is split into two divisions: Health Systems & Hospitals (HS&H) and Ambulatory. The Health Systems & Hospitals division includes large health systems at a multi-level local or national scale. The Ambulatory division includes organizations such as provider groups and physician and specialty practices.
